Nokia C1 lands in PH for just PHP 2,990, Nokia 2.3 showcased

On schedule, HMD Global has launched the Nokia C1 in the Philippines. Along with it, the company has showcased Nokia 2.3 as well.

Nokia C1 is the company's ultra-budget smartphone running with the lightweight Android 9.0 Pie OS (Go edition) skin. This means that it has lightweight apps and should have an optimized performance despite its basic specs.

The phone features a polycarbonate body in Red and Black colorways, 5.45-inch TFT panel with FWVGA+ resolution and 18:9 screen aspect ratio, 1.3GHz 64-bit MT6739M quad-core processor, 1G RAM, 16GB expandable storage, and 2,500mAh of a removable battery.

The device also has a 5MP primary cam, 5MP selfie cam, 3G connectivity, FM Radio, GPS, and dual SIM slots. For wired headphones, it has a 3.5mm headphone slot.

Nokia C1 retails for PHP 2,990. First, it will be available exclusively at Shopee from February 5 to 12. Those who will buy it there from that period using the NOKIA10OFF voucher code will get an extra 10 percent discount.

On Feb 12 onwards, it will be available at Lazada, MemoXpress, Argomall, and physical stores.

The Nokia 2.3 is now available nationwide for PHP 5,990 with a FREE Bluetooth speaker and case.
