Build/Design - The Huawei P40 Pro sports one of the nicest builds out there. The back panel uses a 3D curved glass back design with a stunning refractive matte finish with scratch and fingerprint smudge resistance.
The frame is made out of a sturdy-looking metal material and the front stars an all-glass Quad-Curve Overflow Display with 3D curves on top, bottom, and sides. But, there's no mention of scratch resistance on the screen. The entire phone has IP68 water and dust resistance rating.
There's also a more premium version of the P40 Pro, the P40 Pro+ and it uses a Nano-Tech Ceramic material.

OPPO Find X2 Pro has 2 versions in terms of design. First, it has a Ceramic Black version with a new grating texture design made out of composite zirconia. The material used gave it a silky feel with anti-slip and anti-fingerprint characteristics. The other one is made out of Vegan Leather which is waterproof, oil-proof, and resistant to high temperatures, humidity, and general wear-and-tear.
Both come with a punch-hole, but P40 Pro has a bigger pill-shaped design as it houses a lot of sensors there. The two devices also arrived with IP68 water and dust resistance.
This category is pretty close. Based on Peter's (GIZGUIDE EIC) experience, the P40 Pro is more comfortable to hold. But, the Find X2 Pro has a slight advantage due to its Gorilla Glass 6 tech in front.

OPPO Find X2 Pro is a bit ahead here due to its faster CPU and GPU, bigger RAM, bigger and faster UFS 3.0 storage, and a faster wired charging solution.
P40 Pro has a 27W wireless SuperCharge, and 5W wireless reverse charging though.

Both are very capable flagship-grade devices in their own right.OPPO Find X2 Pro comes with the bigger and slightly better display, a bit faster performance, speedier storage, and the newer 65W fast charging solution if you can spare PHP 65,990. It has a very capable camera system as well.
However, it has no 5G connectivity that will be useful in the near future. The price plays a HUGE factor here as well.
The Huawei P40 Pro is the handset with better AI performance, faster wireless charging, better camera system, more secured face unlock, and the future-ready 5G connectivity at a much lower PHP 50,990 price tag.
