Shopee's statement says that the app and website will remain online with services including in-app games, Shopee Feed, and Shopee Live remaining usable to the users. In addition, return and refund timelines will be extended as pickups and deliveries will be one to be severely impacted by the situation.

Shopee also states that the company is working closely with its brand partners, sellers, and logistics partners to ensure the smooth resumption of delivery services as soon as the situation permits it.
