With most of our population relegated to a work from home situation, Converge ICT wants to ensure the stability of its internet network. The company is now resuming its operations in Metro Manila and select North Luzon areas to help power Filipino homes with its broadband services.

As a precaution against COVID-19, installer personnel will be covered with protective masks and all tools and vehicles will be regularly fully sanitized before deploying. Employees are also given temporary lodging near the office, sanitation kits with alcohol, gloves, and masks, as well as vitamins for their immune system. They are also provided with food as well as daily temporary checks.

Customer applications are now being processed for new users. Converge ICT will continue to operate even during weekends to expedite installations and application processing. Installation, customer, and repair services will also resume. Converge will also like to remind that services may take with 3 to 10 days to comply with travel restrictions, checkpoints, and essential manpower.

Converge also provided more than 1,000 units of PPE to the front-liners in Angeles City Hospital.
