To continue improving its consumer-centric efforts, Huawei has introduced the MeeTime hotline in the Philippines. This will help solve the common consumer issues with a more intuitive 24/7 after-sales service.
MeeTime hotline allows consumers to share their screens with a representative to solve problems. This allows for a better way of troubleshooting with real-time solutions and answers. Since the representative can see the user's screen he can easily guide the user for the proper steps to solve a particular issue.
Here's how you can activate MeeTime Hotline on your Huawei P40 series smartphone:
- Select "Philippines" as your region and register Huawei ID.
- Book an appointment via Huawei hotline call or Huawei live chat via the Support App,
- A MeeTime hotline representative will call you at your scheduled time.
To recall, MeeTime is an all-new video calling service that works well even in low light or poor network conditions. It also has a share screen capability and you can even share your call on a bigger display.
