Based on a new report, Samsung has started seeding the Android 10 OS update to the Galaxy A30s mid-range phone.

Android 10 for Galaxy A30s
The over-the-air update comes with the 1.5GB big A307FNXXU2BTD1 firmware version. It includes the Android 10 OS with One UI 2.0 along with March 2020 security patch level.
The update has been spotted rolling out in Afghanistan, Iraq, Laos, Libya, Malaysia, Russia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, UAE, and the Philippines.
It is expected to be available in more countries in the near future.

If you haven't received the notification yet, you can check the phone's Settings > Software update. If the update is available already, just tap "Download and install". Before updating, make sure that you have a lot of battery left.
To recall, the Galaxy A30s is Samsung's mid-ranger with a prism back design and a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED notch screen with In-Display fingerprint reader in the front. It is powered by the 14nm 1.8GHz Exynos 7904 octa-core processor with Mali-G71 MP2, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage, and 4,000mAh battery with USB-C 15W charging. It also has a 25MP + 8MP + 2MP triple-cam and a 16MP single selfie cam.
Originally, it runs with Android 9.0 Pie OS with One UI skin. It is still priced at PHP 12,990.
