OPPO PH announces Android 11 Beta for Find X2 Pro

OPPO Philippines announced that the Find X2 Pro flagship will have access to Android 11 Beta, the early access to the upcoming operating system upgrade.

The Chinese smartphone giant said that the company's homegrown ColorOS team is working closely with Google to ensure that Android 11 for OPPO smartphones are highly customized, efficient, intelligent, and richly designed.

OPPO claimed that its users will be able to maximize the use of their phones even more due to the additional and convenient features of Android 11 Beta.

Android 11 Beta for OPPO will have the following apart from the system-wide Dark Mode and built-in screen recorder:

1. Dedicated Conversations section in the notification shade - Users can easily view, engage, and prioritize chats from various previous apps for quicker replies to anyone.
2. Floating Bubbles UI for messaging apps - To enable users create floating windows for individual chats to improve multitasking.
3. Improved privacy protection with additional one-time permission, permission auto reset, and background location preferences - For more control over sensitive permissions.

Also, OPPO said that all customizations ColorOS made for the Find X2 Series will continue to be available, including All Pixel Omni-Directional PDAF camera focus, HDR video Enhancement, AI Nature Tone Display, and OPPO Share.
