TECNO Spark 6 budget phone with Helio G70 and quad-cam now official

Shenzhen-based TECNO earlier announced the Spark 6, the company's newest budget smartphone with trendy design and attractive specs.

The handset boasts a curved glossy back design with straight ray-like reflections Comet Black, Dynamic Orange, Misty Violet, and Ocean Blue colorways and a massive 6.8-inch HD+ 1640 x 270 resolution screen with 20.5:9 screen aspect ratio, 480-nits brightness, 264 ppi, and a punch-hole housing the 8MP selfie camera.

Under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek's gaming-focused 2.0GHz 12nm Helio G70 octa-core processor paired with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It is assisted by 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage via microSD, and a 5,000mAh big battery with 18W micro USB fast charging support.

For the back quad-cam setup, you'll see a 16MP main camera + 2MP macro + 2MP depth + 2MP AI + 4x LED flash.

The handset also comes with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor, WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth w/ Bluetooth Audio Share for up to 3 devices simultaneously, FM Radio, GPS, A-GPS, and dual SIM slots.

It runs on Android 10 with HiOS 7.0 on top and measures at 170.8 x 77.3 x 9.2 mm.

In Pakistan, the device is now available for PKR 20,599.

There is no info yet if it will also launch for Southeast Asian markets including the Philippines.
