Xiaomi teases under EUR 300 5G smartphone with new Snapdragon 700 chip!
Xiaomi announced plans to launch an affordable 5G smartphone later this September with a brand new Snapdragon 700-series SoC.

A new 5G Snapdragon 700-series?
Qualcomm recently announced the 4G-only Snapdragon 732G chipset which is coming to a new POCO smartphone soon.
Following this development, Xiaomi's Global Twitter account reveals that the company isn't resting on its laurels and already has plans to launch a new Mi10 series 5G smartphone with a new Snapdragon 700-series chip that is priced under EUR 300 or around PHP 17.5K out of straight conversion.

Following this development, Xiaomi's Global Twitter account reveals that the company isn't resting on its laurels and already has plans to launch a new Mi10 series 5G smartphone with a new Snapdragon 700-series chip that is priced under EUR 300 or around PHP 17.5K out of straight conversion.
Currently, only the Snapdragon 765 and 768 SoCs are the only 700-series with 5G but this may change soon.
GSMArena shares that the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G has an SRP of EUR 350 and can now be found in stores at just EUR 300.
There is no information about the smartphone or the new chipset so all we can do is wait until Xiaomi's announcement this September.
