Acer announces ConceptD 300 Desktop and TravelMate Notebook Series

Along with the ConceptD 7 series, the ConceptD 300 desktop PC was also announced. Plus, the robust TravelMate Notebook series was also unveiled.

The Acer ConceptD 300 desktop PC

The ConceptD 300 desktop comes in pure-white and can be paired with a matching monitor. It is an 18L mid-tower PC. Its beautiful design includes a beautiful white finish, elegant wood panel top, and black front panel. 

It has a large triangular-patterned front air intake along with side ventilation to provide optimized cooling and keeps noise levels to less than 40 dBA even when the PC is in full performance mode.

It houses up to a 10th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics, up to 64GB of DDR4 2666 MHz memory. This is a machine meant to handle video editing, CAD, and 3D modeling projects and workflows. It also has up to a 4TB HDD and up to 1TB M.2 SSD storage. 

The ConceptD 300 is ideal for architects, 3D artists, and video editors. The front panel also features ergonomically designed I/O ports that include multiple USB 3.2 ports, an integrated SD card reader, and a USB Type-C port for multi-display support and up to 10 Gbps of data transfer.

The new Acer TravelMate series laptops are a durable notebook meant for commercial use. It is designed to accompany you in your daily work. The TravelMate P4 and TravelMate Spin P4 come with a number of quality-of-life updates. The notebooks have been built to comply with MIL-STD-810G standards and include a number of life-proof features including a spill-resistant keyboard and shock-absorbent corners that are designed to withstand drops or bumps.

Additionally, front-facing speakers allow for clearer-sounding conference calls, and the TravelMate P4 and TravelMate Spin P4 can be fast-charged to up to 80% 5 in just an hour. Every TravelMate model also has ThunderBolt 4 ports for speedy data transfers of up to 40Gbps.

All models feature an 11th Gen Intel Core processors with Iris Xe graphics or up to discrete NVIDIA GeForce MX350 GPUs and up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM, 4-lane PCIe SSDs, and 1TB M.2 SSD storage. The Acer TravelMate Spin P4 and TravelMate P4 notebooks have batteries that can last up to 15 hours, while the TravelMate P2 can get up to 13 hours of battery life. It also features an eSIM-enabled 4G LTE connectivity along with WiFi 6 GIG+.

The TravelMate Spin P4 is a 2-in-1 notebook with a scratch-resistant 14-inch FHD Corning Gorilla Glass touch display and can be rotated 360 degrees into four orientations namely laptop, stand, tent, or tablet modes. The precision touchpad provides intuitive gesture control while its dockable Acer Active stylus and Windows Ink support allow for convenient drawing and note-taking.

Lastly, for security, the TravelMate P4 and Spin P4 have Trusted Platform Module 2.0 installed. This is an anti-tampering chip that checks for signs of intrusion during system boot-up.
