According to TENAA and 3C certification, OPPO Reno 5G will sport 65W fast charging support.
A source revealed that TENAA already certified OPPO Reno 5G last week with model numbers PEGM00 and PEGT00. The listing showed its full specs sheet along with some images. Based on the photos, both the Reno3 Pro 5G and Reno4 Pro 5G had curved sides of the screen.
The TENAA listing confirms the following rumored specs: a 6.43-inch OLED display, a quad-camera set-up consisting of 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP, and a 4,300mAh battery. There are speculations some speculations that OPPO is going to equip this one with a Snapdragon 775G chipset but it's not yet sure.
Another thing was confirmed in this listing and that's the 65w fast charging support. The listings from TENAA and 3C certification both announced that the tech giant is bringing 65W charging which matches last year’s Reno4 5G.
This device is also expected to have Android 11 out of the box as its operating system. If this would be true, this would be the first time in OPPO's lineup.
Some are assuming that OPPO will release this model sometime in December 2020 or January 2021 in China. There will be a total of four colors at launch with Starry Dream, Aurora Blue, Moonlight Black, and Star Wish Red.
