Build/Design -  The Samsung Galaxy A51 has a slim and sleek body and a punch-hole display. It also has a glasstic design that has a reflective color that reminds me of a CD. It is available in Prism Black and Prism Blue.
The OPPO Reno4 has a 3D curved textured polycarbonate design in Galactic Blue and Space Black with reflective patterns. It also has a longer punch-hole for dual selfie sensors as well as slim bezels.

Display - The Samsung Galaxy A51 has a 6.5-inch 2.5D Super AMOLED screen with FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution at 405 ppi.

The OPPO Reno4 has a 6.43-inch 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass protected AMOLED screen with 2400 x 1080 FHD+ resolution at 409 ppi pixel density.

Both devices have FHD+ screens but the Reno4 has Gorilla Glass protection though.

OPPO Reno4 has a better processor and GPU. Both have the same amount of RAM and storage as well. Both have a 4,000mAh battery. Reno4 has a faster-charging technology though.

Our thoughts

Based on specs, OPPO Reno4 has a better offering here. It has a better CPU and GPU for performance, a dual-camera selfie with AI-enhanced Smart Sensor, Hi-Res audio with Dolby Atmos support, and a faster 30W VOOC Flash Charge.

Both have 48MP quad-cameras so in the camera department, but Samsung Galaxy A51 has bigger MP secondary sensors.
