Caviar announces custom PlayStation 5 with 4.5kg of gold for only USD 499,000!

Caviar has just announced its custom Sony PlayStation 5 with 4.5kg of gold and with crocodile leather controller for only USD 499K!

Back in December 2020, Caviar announced the limited custom Apple iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max that starts at USD 8,910 (or around PHP 429,000+).

Recently, the Russian luxury customizer has just announced that they will be making and selling a Sony Playstation 5 with 4.5 kilograms of 18-carat gold and will include the Sony PlayStation 5 Dual Sense controller that is clad in crocodile leather.

Caviar calls the custom console the 'Sony PlayStation 5 Golden Rock' is assembled from eight sheets that have been cast into solid gold and added to a digital edition Sony PlayStation 5.

Caviar claims that there will only be nine of these consoles made and that more than 1,342 applications have been received which includes an application from NBA superstar, Lebron James. Aside from Lebron, several unnamed Russian and American Businessmen have expressed their interest in purchasing the custom gaming console.

For those who can't afford the Golden Rock, Caviar also makes more affordable versions that are made of Alligator leather with only 'bits' of 24-carat gold. This more affordable version is limited to only 99 pieces. 

The most affordable version is the one covered in durable car carbon fibre and will also be limited to only 99 pieces.
