OPPO launches Reno5 5G for content creators in the Philippines, priced at just PHP 23,999!

Chinese mobile giant OPPO today formally launched the Reno5 phones in the Philippines. This includes a 5G variant.

Known as the OPPO Reno5 5G, this device boasts Qualcomm's 2.4GHz 7nm EUV Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor with Snapdragon X52 5G Modem-RF System 5G modem to allow both SA (standalone) and NSA (non-standalone) 5G.

AMOLED screen

This is the company's 3rd 5G phone in the country following the telco version of the flagship Find X2 Pro and Reno 4 Z 5G.

Apart from 5G, the device is filled with specs designed for mobile content creators.

It is featuring a punch-hole 6.4-inch 2.5D curved AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, 4,300mAh battery with USB-C 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 tech. The SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging solution of OPPO can charge the phone from 0 to 100 percent under 40 minutes.

Quad-cam setup

For cameras, it has a 64MP quad-cam setup and a 32MP selfie shooter. This has plenty of shooting modes like the Night mode, Ultra Steady, Dual View, and even Night mode for videos.
