Ahead of its February 25 release date, leaked screenshots of its About phone showing the specs appeared online.

The screenshot showed that both phones will feature a 6.81-inch AMOLED screen with 2K 1440p+ 3200 x 1440 resolution screens. Xiaomi recently confirmed that it will use the same E4 luminous material as the Mi 11. So, likely, these phones will have 120Hz refresh rate screens with HDR10+ support.
For the specs, Redmi K40 Pro will be flagship-grade. The device will feature the new 5nm Snapdragon 888 chipset while the Redmi K40 will be powered by the overclocked version of the overclocked Snapdragon 865 (you read that right), the Snapdragon 870.
The K40 Pro will come with up to 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and a 5,000mAh battery, while the K40 will feature 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, and a 4,500mAh battery.
For cameras, the two will feature a 108MP main camera. K40 will have an additional 8MP ultra-wide + 5MP + 2MP cameras while the K40 Pro will use a larger 13MP wide camera.
Both will feature a 30MP selfie camera.
Xiaomi also teased the Dimensity 1200 version of K40. There are speculations that it might be the K40S. But, there's no other info about the said device yet.
