Games and Gadgets has revealed a new look and approach so they can connect more to their customers, especially the younger generation.
Established in 1998, this homegrown brand has been offering the latest gadgets, devices, electronic games, and accessories. What made them popular is selling authentic and affordable Tamagotchis and Game Boys during those times. From a small shop at Greenhills Shopping Center, Games and Gadgets branched out in 38 malls and shopping locations.
After more than 20 years in the industry, the management decided to rebrand in terms of logo and strategies so they can improve their service to shoppers. According to its General Manager Mr. Joseph Sarmiento,
The new management wants to bring back the glory days of Games and Gadgets and at the same time be updated with the latest trends in terms of technology and gaming. This move will help us tap these young consumers and make the brand stronger.
The company said that the new logo shows their willingness to adapt to the changing landscape of the technology industry in the country. Moreover, they are gearing up their stores to be the place for eSports gamers and tech-savvy influencers.
Soon, they're also releasing COBALTT exclusively. It's top-of-the-line gaming devices and accessories from Singapore.
With the ongoing surge of COVID-19 active cases locally, Games and Gadgets are enforcing strict health measures to guarantee the safety of their staff and customers.
1. Minimized and monitored the number of customers inside the store to ensure proper social distancing
2. Temperature checks and contact tracing forms at the entrance
3. Footbath and hand sanitizers at the mall and/or store entrance
4. Alcohol dispensers at the store counters for everyone to use
5. Staff must wear appropriate face mask and face shield at all times
6. Cashless transactions are highly encouraged to lessen physical contact
