Apple iPad Pro models with 5nm Apple M1 chip, up to 2TB storage, and 5G now official!

iPad Pro models with 5nm Apple M1 chip, up to 2TB storage, and 5G!

The iPad Pro 11-inch and 12.9-inch are similar to the previous iPad Pro models in terms of design.

11-inch iPad Pro

The 11-inch model has a Liquid Retina display with up to ProMotion 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, True Tone, P3 wide color gamut, and up to 600 nits brightness. Meanwhile, the 12.9-inch edition has a Liquid Retina XDR display with ProMotion 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, True Tone, P3 wide color gamut, 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and peak HDR brightness of 1,600 nits.

12.9-inch iPad Pro

Both are packed with the ARM-based 5nm Apple M1 processor with an octa-core design with 4x high-performance cores, 4x efficiency cores, and 16 billion transistors in total.

The iPad Pros have up to 16GB RAM, up to 2TB storage, up to 9 hours of battery for WiFi and Cellular models, and up to 10 hours battery for WiFi models.

The 11-inch model has a 22.65WHr battery while the 12.9-inch edition goes with a 40.88WHr. They can be charged with a 20W USB-C power adapter.

The devices also have a 12MP main camera, 10MP ultra-wide camera, LiDar scanner, and an LED flash at the back. In front, it uses a 12MP 122-degree ultra-wide camera with TrueDepth for Face ID face unlock.

The tablets also Thunderbolt port that works with existing USB-C connectors, WiFi 6, and 5G connectivity.

Separately, you can buy supported accessories like the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil.
