iPhone 12 in Purple now available for purchase at Apple PH webstore!

Now available in Purple

The iPhone 12 series originally became available in the Philippines back in December 2020. Nearly five months after, Apple has refreshed the line with a new colorway. In previous years, Apple would add a Product (RED) version to the current iPhone as a mid-cycle refresh. This time, Apple adds a Purple colorway to the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini. 

Alongside the announcement of the new iPhone 12 and 12 mini in Purple, Apple also announced the new M1 equipped iPad Pro and 24-inch iMac.

To recap, the iPhone 12 and 12 mini feature a 5.4/6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with 625 nits typical brightness. Inside is the A14 Bionic Chip with Neural Engine, Face ID, ceramic shield front, IP68 water, and dust resistance rating, and the new MagSafe technology. It comes in 64GB/128GB/256GB storage configurations.

At the back are dual 12MP wide and Ultra-wide cameras with Night mode, OIS, and Deep Fusion while in front is a 12MP front-facing camera with TrueDepth camera and Retina Flash.

The iPhone 12 mini is rated up to 15 hours of video playback while the iPhone 12 is rated up to 17 hours of video playback. Both phones come with a USB-C to Lightning connector. Lastly, the phone supports up to 20W fast charging but the charger is sold separately.
