In form of a survey, fast-rising mobile maker realme hints that the company might work on releasing its own laptop soon.
On its website, the company said that they are getting "tons of requests" for laptops and the survey they are conducting will be used to know and understand what users needs.
In the questionnaire, the company asked a few questions like when you last bought a laptop, when do you plan to upgrade, what will you use it for, how much you are willing to spend, influence on the final decision when buying one, and the features you need.
The price range in their questionnaire is from INR 30,000 to INR 50,000. This suggests that realme might compete in the budget laptop space.
There's no word yet on when they plan to launch this, but we won't be surprised if it is this year.
To recap, because of the pandemic, PC has never been more essential for work-and-school-from-home. This might be a good move.
