Huawei launches My Huawei app—the brand's new official support app

Huawei just announced a new official support app. It is called the My Huawei app, an all-in-one application to help users find the right services.

My Huawei is the redesigned and updated Support app. It is an all-in-one hub that lets users engage with the members of the Huawei fans community. It also allows users to enjoy the official and exclusive after-sales services by Huawei.

You can get the My Huawei app via the "Auto-update apps" feature in your AppGallery. You can also do it manually by searching for Support App in AppGallery and then tap Update. Lastly, you can search MyHuawei via the App Gallery and install it that way.

When entering the new My Huawei app for the first time, you will need to agree to a new Terms of Use because of the major update. Once accepted, you will enter the app officially and see the new interfaces.

The new My Huawei uses new features that you will need when using a Huawei device.

The features of each page are as below:

Home - This is the previous “Discover” page in the Huawei Support app. 

Community - This is the gateway to the Huawei Community for users to communicate and interact with each other;

Support - This is the official after-sales services hub including device information,

smart diagnostics, troubleshooting, service information, service activities and

benefits, and more.

Me - The place for your app data and contents on one page for your convenience.

You can also join the Huawei Support Member's Week on the Support page of the My Huawei app. First, go to the My Huawei app and answer the quiz to get a chance to win a Huawei Online Store voucher worth PHP 500. This voucher worth PHP 500 is applicable with PHP 3,000 minimum spend.
