Verdict

Without a doubt, the TECNO POVA 2 is one of the most attractive phones at this price point today.
A good budget gaming phone
A good budget gaming phone

Priced at just PHP 7,990, the TECNO POVA 2 boasts a modern-looking design, a massive display with crisp 1080p resolution, the biggest battery capacity at this price point, a capable primary shooter, and an improved and smoother-looking user interface.

It may not have the highest-end available chip under PHP 10K, you may see some ads popping out occasionally, and there's no ultra-wide shooter, but TECNO makes up for it with its long-lasting battery life and big display.

Besides, the Helio G85 chipset that it is using is still above-average in terms of speed in its class.

So, would we recommend it? The answer is yes if you need a handset with a big display, reasonably fast speed, and strong battery performance.
