realme Book Slim with 11th Gen Intel and 2K display announced in India!
realme has just announced the realme Book Slim, the company's first laptop in the region.

In India, realme has launched its first-ever laptop called the realme Book Slim. It is the company's take on a slim and light 14-inch laptop with dimensions of 307.21 x 228.96 x 14.9 mm and weighs 1.38 kg.
It features a 14 inch IPS display with 2160 x 1440 resolution, 3:2 spect ratio, 400 nits Peak brightness, and 100 percent sRGB color coverage. Inside is either the 11th-Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4 Dual-Core quad-thread or the i5-1135G7 quad-core, octa-thread processor. The i3 version will have the Intel UHD integrated graphics while the i5 will have the Intel Iris Xe Graphics. Both models come with 8GB Dual Channel LPDDR4X RAM and either 256GB/512GB PCIe SSD storage.
Powering the device is a 54WHr battery that is rated up to 11 hours of 1080p local video playback at 150 nits screen brightness. It supports 65W PD Super-Fast Charge which offers users 50 percent of the battery in just 30 minutes of charge. The included 65W Adapter is compatible with 30W Dart Charging.
The Book Slim connects wirelessly via WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 for the i3 model while the i5 model connects wirelessly thru WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
The i3 version has two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 port, and one 3.5 headphone/microphone combo jack. While the i5 version will come with one USB 4/Thunderbolt 4 port, one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, one USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 port, and one 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack.
The power button doubles as a fingerprint sensor. Other features included a 3-level Backlit keyboard, a large multi-touch trackpad with Microsoft PTP Clickpad Technology, and an in-built 720p HD Camera.
It features two microphones and two HARMAN Speakers with Stereo Surround Sound by DTS.
Pre-installed are Windows 10 Home and Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student. It is Windows 11 upgradeable for FREE.
Included in the box is the realme Book Slim, 65W USB-C Power Adapter, USB-C Charger Cable, Quick Start Guide, and Warranty Card.
Lastly, the laptop comes in either Real Grey and Real Blue.

It will be available for purchase in India on August 30, 2021, via the realme website. There is no word yet on Philippine availability and pricing.
