Pokémon UNITE is now available for mobile download!

The Pokémon UNITE game that was unveiled in June this year is now already in PlayStore and App Store.

Players can now continue their game from Nintendo Switch to their phones

As seen in the teaser video in our previous article, Pokémon UNITE is basically a Pokémon adventure, real-time, and team-based strategy game. This is developed by Tencent's TiMi Studios, the same group behind other huge online free-to-play games like Honor of Kings and Call of Duty: Mobile.

To recall, the setting of this game is on Aeos Island which is said to be a mythical island on the ocean’s unexplored frontier. On the island, players will search for the Unite Battle Committee (UBC) that organizes a series of Unite Battle tournaments.

In Unite Battles, players must be a team of five members that will compete against each other. Aside from that, they will also experience a mysterious new form of energy known as Aeos energy. The Aeos energy can be used in Unite Battles to evolve Pokemon. In-game, users can trade Pokémons.

According to the blogpost from the UNITE Team, players can enjoy the full cross-platform play by linking their accounts across their Nintendo Switch and smartphones.

There will be new in-game events in which players can get super item enhancers that can upgrade a held item to grade 30. The team also noted that they made it easier for all Trainers to get item enhancers.

Moreover, they are also introducing Unite squads to allow trainers to team up with squadmates. This game update also includes the rollout of some limited Spectator Mode features and support for multiple new languages.

Even though Pokémon UNITE is now available to download on mobile devices, it won't be playable until 2 AM CT or 3 PM in our local time.
