According to the information shared with us by Xiaomi Philippines, the company is aware of the current dead boot problem happening on select devices for both the POCO M3 and Redmi 9T. It said that multiple teams are working together to provide necessary support and assistance to those affected by the issue.

Customers who are experiencing the dead boot issue within the warranty period are encouraged to take note of the incident and contact Xiaomi via email or calls via the following channels from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM:

Users with affected POCO M3 and Redmi 9T devices will be entitled to either a full repair, device exchange, or a full refund. POCO will also extend the existing warranty with an additional three months for all affected, repaired, and exchanged devices.
