OPPO Reno15 Global launched: SD7G4, 50MP 3x telephoto camera, and 6,500mAh battery

Apart from the OPPO Reno15 Pro Max and F model, the brand also introduced the Reno15 standard edition.

Slightly different but still powerful

This device is slightly different from the China counterpart due to the processor used, and with this having bigger display.

It still has the premium and durable design and is available in Aurora White, Twilight Blue, and  Aurora Blue colorways. It also has aerospace grade aluminum frame and an IP69 dust and water resistance rating.

In front, the phone features a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K 2760 x 1256 resolution at 460 ppi, 120Hz refresh rate, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

The features

Inside, the phone is powered by a 2.8GHz 4nm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 octa-core processor with Adreno GPU, 8GB/12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 128GB/256G/512GB UFS 3.1 memory. To recall, the Chinese version used a Dimensity 8450.

For the battery, the phone uses a 6,500mAh capacity with USB-C 80W SUPERVOOC charging.

Camera-wise, it uses a 50MP main shooter with AF and OIS + an 8MP ultra-wide + 50MP 3.5x telephoto camera. For selfies, it uses a 50MP front shooter with AF.

Other features are a stereo speaker for immersive audio.

Connectivity features are WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.4 LE, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS, NFC, dual SIM>

For OS, the phone runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 skin on top.

The phone is now available for order in Taiwan. No word yet for the PH release as of the moment. We will inform you once we hear from OPPO.
