TECNO has updated the SPARK 8 with the MediaTek G25 processor and 5,000mAh battery in India!

In India, TECNO SPARK targets the budget segment of the country. Recently, the TECNO SPARK 8 has been updated for the Indian market with the MediaTek Helio G25 SoC and with more RAM. 

The smartphone still features a 6.56-inch display with 480 nits brightness, slim bezels, and a 60Hz refresh rate. It is surrounded by slim bezels and a notch. Inside is the aforementioned MediaTek Helio G25 chipset, 3GB LPDDR4X RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and a large 5000mAh battery. 

At the back is a 16MP f/1.8 dual rear camera with quad flash while in front is an 8MP selfie camera with dual flash.

It is running on Android 11 (Go edition) with HiOS 7.6 on top. Other features include 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The phone measures 165 x 76 x and 9.2mm and comes in three colorways: Turquoise Cyan, Atlantic Blue, and Iris Purple.

There is no date yet when it will be available for purchase in India. Nor is there information on availability and pricing in the Philippines.
