DITO aims to be a full-service telco company so broadband is the next step

DITO started its operations in March 2021 and has continued its expansion and improvement throughout the year. The company's aim is to be a full-service telco once network rollout is done. This means that it will expand beyond mobile prepaid services.

With that, DITO confirms that it plans to have broadband services too as early as possible in 2022. Adding broadband to its list of offered services is a no-brainer especially with the growing demands for internet availability across the country since the pandemic started.

In addition, DITO Telecommunity also passed its second technical audit with 52.75 percent of national population coverage with average broadband speeds of 89.1 Mbps for 4G and 854 Mbps for 5G.

As of now, there is no word on what kind of broadband packages DITO will offer and how much they will cost. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
