As a delivery app with a trucking service, Lalamove aims to provide a variety of vehicle options with different for any delivery need of its customers.
For personal use, trucks are suitable for lipat-bahay service and delivery of fragile items. Meanwhile, businesses can use a trucking service to deliver products for B2B or B2C purposes as their third-party logistics provider.
The good news is, Lalamove makes the process much more convenient as it makes 6-wheel trucks available for booking. According to the company, these trucks can carry loads weighing up to 3,000 or 5,000 kilograms.
Lalamove also highlights that it expanded its coverage outside Metro Manila. The service now covers Pampanga, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Lucena, Pagbilao, Cavite, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Bataan and, Zambales.
Aside from that, they allegedly have affordable rates and fixed prices for the first 40 kilometers. For example, you'll only have to pay around PHP 4.2K for the first 40KMS from Manila and PHP 3.3K for the first 40km from Pampanga.
Like in their other types of vehicles, you can include additional stops (maximum of 20) during the booking process. There's also an option to add 'assistants' who will assist in carrying and dropping the huge parcels at their destinations.
