Samsung has renamed its mobile business - Mobile Communications to MX (Mobile Experience) as it shifts focus to be more user-centric.

Today, Samsung announced that the company has renamed its mobile business - Mobile Communications to MX or 'Mobile Experience'. This marks the beginning of the new chapter for the Galaxy brand to further embody the company's philosophy of open innovation and its dedication to making customer experiences a top priority.

This new title also emphasizes a more user-centric focus inside the company that goes beyond mobile, underscoring its commitment to proactively address the rapidly changing business environment and focus its products and services on meeting the diverse needs of its customers.

The change will also accelerate Samsung's mission to create meaningful experiences that improve the lives of its users while expanding the Galaxy ecosystem to innovate the mobile experience that is fueled by the scalability and the connectivity of its products and services.

Samsung added that at the upcoming CES 2022, the company will give its keynote address with the theme 'Together for Tomorrow'.
