This is wild! Taiwanese tech firm ASUS today launched the ROG Flow Z13, a portable tablet with powerful specifications that could handle even gaming.

The ROG Flow Z13 is boasting a beautiful-looking gaming-centric design in a slim profile at 12 mm. The body also has a kickstand that can be opened up to 170-degrees while holding the display.

For the display, it is a pretty large 13.4-inch screen in two different options. It is either a 120Hz refresh rate screen with 1080p resolution or a 60Hz refresh rate screen with 4K resolution. Both have 16:10 aspect ratios, Adaptive Sync, Dolby Vision, Pantone validated color accuracy, and Gorilla Glass protection.

Inside, the device is powered by up to 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H processor with 6x performance cores and 8x efficiency cores (i7-12700H and i5-12500H options are also available). This even has the Intel Xe GPU with 96 execution units.
Moreover, it has the NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti GPU with 2,560 CUDA cores and 4 GB of GDDR6 video memory.
It is paired with up to 16GB DDR5 RAM, up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 storage, and a 56WHr battery with up to 100W USB PD charging.
To help manage the heat, it has a cooling system that can blow a lot of air. The components are laid out vertically, not in the bottom like laptops.
The tablet also has a 1x Thunderbolt 4/DisplayPort 1.4, 1x USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, 1x USB-A 2.0, 1x HDMI 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack slot, and UHS-II microSD card reader.
The Thunderbolt port can be used to attach the tablet to a G Mobile dock for extra GPU power and connectivity.
This runs with Windows 11 OS which supports plenty of games from Steam, Epic, and more.
The retail package includes a Screen Cover Keyboard as well.
There is no word about the pricing of the gaming tablet yet. Given the specs, let's expect it to be expensive.
