Following the recent news stating that the entire 40 percent stake of Ministop in the Philippines will be sold to Robinsons Convenience Stores, the group today released a short statement to answer some concerns of Filipino netizens.

According to the Ministop Philippines official Facebook page, its stores will continue to carry its "best-sellers" such as Uncle John's Fried Chicken and Kariman.

The group also announced that they will diversify and improve on our ready-to-eat menu and offer new products to the market.

Moreover, Ministop Philippines added that its customers can also rely on our convenient #ServEase and bills payment facilities.

The message ended by encouraging its customers to stay tuned for more updates this year.

This is a huge deal as  Uncle John's Fried Chicken and Kariman are known favorites of Filipino college students and anyone who is hungry that is looking for quick yet affordable bites on convenience stores.
