Nokia Lite Earbuds and Nokia Wired Buds with Google Assistant introduced

HMD Global has announced the new Nokia Lite Earbuds and Nokia Wired Buds in India, with the price starting at INR 299.

The new earphones bring the brand's premium design, which the company claims make them "suitable for work, play, and entertainment." With the new earbuds, HMD is looking to release fresh ideas or innovations, to give customers more options on the market.

First off, the Nokia Lite Earbuds sports an in-ear design with long stems, which are likely to ensure better gesture detection. Inside, it is powered by 6mm audio drivers that the company claims to offer studio-tuned sound.

The buds are stored inside a pill-shaped charging case that has LED light indicators on the front. HMD said that this wearable can offer a playtime of 36 hours with a single charge due to its 400mAh battery. Meanwhile, each earbud allegedly can last for 6 hours come with the 40mAh batteries inside the earbuds.

The earbuds can be paired with a phone, laptop, or any other device using Bluetooth, and use them through gestures. It also supports Google Assistant and Siri. It comes in a single color only which is classic charcoal.

On the other hand, the Nokia Wired Buds feature a flat, tangle-free cable, an audio jack, a cable clip, and silicone ear tips. These ear tips come in three sizes so that the earphone can offer passive noise isolation. This means you can listen to music and talk to people on calls without worrying about the surrounding noise much.

Inside, this one is equipped with 10mm drivers. It also sports an in-line mic that ensures clarity in voice calls. The earphones also support Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri with just the click of a button.

The Nokia Wired Buds come in three colors:  Black, White, Blue, and Red.

Both of these are going to be available for purchase via the official Nokia website, e-commerce websites, and retail stores. There's no information yet if HMD Global will release these accessories in other countries.
