Riot Games has just revealed the new premium gun skin bundle that will arrive alongside the new Episode 4, ACT I. The bundle is called "Protocol 781-A".
The product description reads: "An oppressive shadow government must quell disorder in its ranks. Enter Protocol 781-A: An arsenal specially designed to provide combat assistance, monitor performance, and enforce compliance with every command.

This new dystopian, dark sci-fi themed bundle is made up of a Personel Administrative Melee Unit, Protocol 781-A Phantom, Protocol 781-A Bulldog, Protocol 781-A Spectre, Protocol 781-A Sheriff, Protocol 781-A Gun Buddy, Protocol 781-A Card, and Protocol 781-A Spray.
Aside from the usual premium looks, the new bundle features localized voice-over as the Level 5 unlock for the guns and a level 3 unlock for the melee/knife.
Personal Administrative Melee Unit (Knife)
Level 1 - New Melee weapon model
Level 2 - Brand new animations and visual effects - Two new alternating inspect animations and attack sets depending on which pose the weapons are held in.
Level 3 - Custom male voice-over for inspecting animation and various other in-game triggers that occur in-game.
There are approximately over 60 unique voice-over lines. This voice-over is 'visualized' in the in-game interface when the weapon talks to you.
Variant 1 - White/Pink Variant with a female voice-over
Variant 2 - Red/Blue with the male voice-over
Variant 3 - Green Variant with a female voice-over
Guns (Sheriff, Spectre, Bulldog, Phantom)
Level 1 - New gun model; custom ADS reticle; custom bullets
Level 2 - Custom muzzle flash visual effects and firing audio
Level 3 - Custom animations and visual effects during equip, reload, and inspect; Gun 'transforms' during the equip, reload and inspect.
Level 4 - Finisher and Kill Banner
Level 5 - Custom male voice-over for inspecting animation and various other in-game triggers that occur in-game. There are approximately over 60 unique voice-over lines. This voice-over is "visualized" in the in-game interface when the weapon talks to you.

Associate Art Director Sean Marino said that the developers went back and forth on adding the voice-overs in the skin line because they were not sure it was possible. They decided to delay the skin until it was more feasible. After the developers developed the backstory for Protocol 781-A with the company's narrative writer, they determined that the Voice-overs should feel controlling, robotic, strict, demanding, and cold.
Sean Marino continued by saying that there are over 60 unique voice-over lines. They went back and forth for which languages for the skin to use or if they should use a universal language or localize it. They decided to go for localization which resulted in over 13 unique languages so that players could enjoy the skin in their region's language.
