Aside from the K50 series, Xiaomi also finally unveiled the Redmi TV MAX with a 100-inch display and 4K resolution.

This gigantic smart TV joins the lineup of the 98-inch 4K HDR Redmi Smart TV Max that got introduced in March 2020.

The new Redmi television is equipped with a 4K panel with a 98.8 percent screen-to-body ratio, 94 percent DCI-P3 Color gamut, 10-bit color, and a delta E ≦2 level color accuracy. 

It offers 700 nits of peak brightness and supports  Dolby Vision, HDR, HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG. It supports 48HZ-120Hz VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and up to 4s latency via ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode). 

For enjoyable viewing of sports-related content, it has a 120Hz high refresh rate and MEMC technology. This smart TV is certified with IMAX Enhanced which is claimed to offer a truly immersive experience for 4K HDR and DTS content. 

Under the hood, this smart TV runs with a quad-core processor with A73 performance cores. This is coupled with Mali-G52 MC1 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 64GB storage. For audio, It has two 15w speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

According to the source, the Redmi MAX 100" TV has three HDMI ports, but only one is HDMI 2.1 and VRR compliant. The company also decided to add two USB 2.0 Type-A connections and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.

Redmi Smart TV MAX 100-inch is running on MIUI TV and supports all the leading streaming platforms and smart home connectivity. It also comes with MIUI TV Enterprise Edition features for businesses.

The new smart TV is now available in China but no word yet if Xiaomi will release it in other countries so we'll have to wait for further announcements.
