nubia Red Magic 7 Pro (Global) officially arrives in the Philippines
Two weeks after its announcement, the nubia Red Magic 7 Pro Global variant arrives in the Philippines and it comes with FREE TWS earbuds.
To recap, it is the brand's flagship-tier gaming smartphone. The Red Magic 7 Pro comes in its iconic Mecha Sci-Fi rear design. Upfront it uses a 6.8-inch AMOLED panel with 2400 x 1080 FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 960Hz touch sampling rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 600 nits brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass 5, and low blue certification from SGS.
Inside, it is equipped with a 3.0Ghz 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor with the next-gen Adreno GPU. nubia also included the Red Core 1 dedicated gaming chip. Alongside those, it is paired with 16GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
Powering the unit, it has a 5,000mAh battery capacity and can be charged using a 65W fast charging tech.
For cameras, it has a 64MP f/1.79 + 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide angle sensor and a 2MP f/2.4 macro helper. The smartphone also got an under-display selfie camera with 16MP f/2.0.
Other features include an advanced cooling system consisting of 9 layer cooling structure with a larger VC cooling plate, a built-in RGB cooling fan rated at 20,000 RPM, an Air Channel with 2 air intakes, and thermal gel.
Connectivity-wise it has WiFi 6, 5, 4G, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The handset runs Android 12 with Red Magic OS 5.0 skin on top.
