OPPO Pad Air and Enco R Buds launched

OPPO today announced the Pad Air slim tablet and an audio gear called the Enco R Buds.

The OPPO Pad Air appears in a huge metallic body, it is almost like an iPad but in Silver colors. It has a 10.36-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The "Air" in its name suggests that it is lightweight only weighing 440 grams.

It is equipped with 2.4GHz 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 with Adreno 610 GPU. They paired it with 4GB or 6GB RAM and 64GB or 128GB expandable storage.

The tablet also has a massive 7,100mAh battery capacity and can be charged using an 18W power brick.

As for cameras, it has an 8MP for the rear and a 5MP sensor for the front-facing shooter.

Another feature mentioned was the quad speakers supported by Dolby Atmos for multimedia needs. It also has a keyboard cover and stylus for productivity.

Apparently, despite using a 4G chipset, it doesn't have cellular capability and will only be using WiFi. The rest would be Bluetooth 5.1 and USB-C for connectivity.

For OS, it will run Android 12 with ColorOS 12 skin on top.

The second device introduced will be the OPPO ENCO R. An affordable TWS earbuds featuring 13.3mm drivers. It can be paired using Bluetooth 5.2 and has AAC and SBC code support. 

It also has AI call noise reduction however it doesn't have Active Noise Cancellation tech. The pair of earbuds is also lightweight only weighing 3.5 grams per piece.

The brand also stated that the audio gear would last around 4 hours while the charging case can provide an additional 20 hours. It can be charged through its USB-C port while the water and dust protection is rated IPX4.

The sale will begin on June 1 for both the tablet and earbuds.

However, OPPO didn't say yet if it will come to the Philippines. But we will update you once we get news about it so stay tuned.
