1. Falcon Wing Design - The Huawei Mate Xs 2 features the new Falcon Wing design that is made with ultra-light steel making it stronger than its predecessor. Additionally, it enables its users to sit in a variety of positions. To attain a weight of just 255 grams, the device also uses aerospace-grade titanium alloys and ultra-light glass fibers on the backplate. A 3D fiberglass pattern with a leather-like texture is also utilized.

2. Folding OLED screen - When unfolded, the display becomes a sizable 7.8-inch OLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of up to 240Hz, and a high-frequency PWM dimming of 1440Hz, and a resolution of 2480 x 2200. It also supports Huawei's M-Pencil as well.

It has an outward folding mechanism that transforms the screen into a 6.5-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 2480 x 1176 resolution at 422 ppi pixel density.

4. 50MP triple-camera setup - The Huawei Mate Xs 2 features the company's first flagship smartphone without Leica branding. It features a triple-camera setup with 50MP f/1.8 True-Chroma Color Camera w/ True-Focus Fast Capture (Phase + Contrast focus) + 13MP f/2.2 81mm ultra-wide-angle + 8MP f/2.4 3x telephoto w/ AF, OIS + LED flash. It also has a 10.7MP f/2.2 front camera.
With the nature of the foldable screen, you can use this 50MP main camera for selfies using the rear screen as the camera viewfinder.
