After announcing a week back that the company will launch its very first smartphone on July 12, Nothing earlier revealed its official back design.
OnePlus co-founder and now the leading Nothing Carl Pei said in a Tweet "Leaks are harder to contain nowadays and many of you have been waiting for a long time. So here it is. This is phone (1) design."
Based on the image it showed, the Nothing phone (1) will feature a very different look compared to other Android-powered smartphones.
Carl Pei's interview with the online tech site The Verge also confirmed that the phone will have illuminating light strips on the rear of the phone. This suggests that its back could be made using a transparent material.
Nothing also confirmed that the device will be using a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, wireless charging, and a modified Android skin called Nothing OS.
The rest of the details are still confirmed at the moment.
But rest assured that we will be covering this launch.
By the way, Digital Walker and Beyond the Box recently confirmed that Nothing-branded devices are coming to the Philippines. For more info, read here.
