iPhone is king in the US region!

The two sides have been battling it out ever since, Android has consistently been always the favored choice because of the number of users, in fact, there are around 2 Billion active users from the said platform and even in the US, Google's mobile OS was the top dog.

But now, it seems Apple has managed to turn the tables around based on the "Financial Times" via Counterpoint Research. The data says that iPhone's active users went over 50 percent in the US market.

The graph even shows that even the feature phones of Android are included alongside the Android handsets.

If you are going to take a look at it, iPhone's active users remained unchanged from 2018 to 2019. Meanwhile, 2019 to 2021 has increased gradually. By mid-2021, it briefly stagnated before significantly going up in the second half of the year. While in 2022, it hardly slowed.

The graph demonstrates in detail how popular the iPhone 13 series has been in the US market. The progress in 2021 was noticeable, but it stalled in the summer. However, as soon as the iPhone 13 series was released, the sales started rising.

However, the chart doesn't say for those users who upgraded from previous gen iPhones to the current ones. This graph only showed the majority of consumers who shifted first time to the iPhone.

What do you guys think?
