CES 2023: Intel reveals new laptop CPUs with up to 24 cores!
At the CES 2023, Intel earlier revealed the 13th Gen HX Series. These are mobile gaming-focused processors for laptops.

Intel reveals new powerful laptop CPUs
The new HX Series has up to 24 cores (8 performance cores + 16 efficiency cores) with a maximum clockspeed of 5.6GHz for its i9-13980HX version. According to the company, it is the fastest mobile processor yet with up to 11 percent boost in single-thread performance and a 49 percent upgrade in multi-thread.

The said chip also has support for 32MB L3 cache, 16 lanes of PCIe 5.0, up to DDR5 5600 memory, and up to 4x Thunderbolt 4 ports.
It is available in 3 different variants starting at USD 524 (around PHP 29.3K w/o taxes/duties yet).
The HS Series has the mid-range i7 and more affordable i5 versions. Even the Core i5-13450HX has a total of 10 cores with a maximum speed of 4.5GHz.
Several laptop OEMs like ASUS, Lenovo, MSI, Acer, Dell, HP, Razer, Samsung, and others confirmed that they will release devices with 13th Gen CPUs later this year.
Apart from the speed-focused HX Series, Intel also released the H Series for Enthusiast Laptops, P and U Series for thin and light laptops, and the N Series to replace its old Pentium and Celeron branding.
