PLDT today revealed a treat to its Fiber customers. It is now offering an up to 2x speed boost on select plans.

Up to 2x speed increase for existing PLDT Home Fiber subscribers!

Up to 200 Mbps for Plan 1699

Unlike before when you have to pay PHP 50 or PHP 100 to enjoy the speed boost, the upgrade this time is for FREE. It is an automatic upgrade as well and you do not need to call PLDT Home first to enjoy the speed increase.

Fiber Unli Plan 1699 - 200 Mbps (100 Mbps before)

Fiber Unli Plan 2099 - 400 Mbps (200 Mbps before)

Fiber Unli Plan 2699 - 600 Mbps (400 Mbps before)

The plans with double the speed increase are Fiber Unli Plan 1699 and Fiber Unli Plan 2099. Meanwhile, Plan 2699 enjoyed a 200 Mbps speed boost. So, from 4000 Mbps, you can now enjoy up to 600 Mbps.

Plan 1699 is said to be great for video calls and SD streaming up to 3 devices.

Plan 2099 is great for HD streaming, big file transfers, and gaming online while Plan 2699 is said to be "Perfect" for Ultra HD streaming and online gaming on multiple devices.

Meanwhile, the price for the 1000 Mbps plan is still available upon request from PLDT.
