Watsons opens store number 1,000 in PH—The company's biggest and most advanced yet

Watsons recently opened its store number 1,000 in the Philippines as part of its 20th-anniversary celebration in the country.

Watsons flagship store in the Philippines is now open!

The Health and beauty retailer giant now has a total of 8000 stores across 15 markets in Asia and Easter Europe. 

The store is located at The Block, SM City North EDSA in Quezon City Metro Manila.

According to Watsons, the store is its biggest in PH with almost 1,000 square meters in size. It is also their most advanced yet.

As expected, the flagship store has a modern and stylish look and the company's most comprehensive array of health and beauty products. But this time, in a more engaging way using advanced technologies.

The first thing that caught our attention is the Skinfie Laba skin analysis tool that creates personalized skincare recommendations based on selfies. It detects a range of facial attributes from a customer's selfie, including acne, fine lines, pigmentation, and overall skin condition. This tool is also available on the Watsons app.

We also noticed that the store has FREE WiFi service for those who need to connect to the internet while shopping.

There is also a big screen where you will see the Vitamins and Supplements Advisor as well as the ColourMe Virtual Makeup try-on which allows makeup lovers to experience hundreds of lipsticks, mascara, eyeshadow, brow products, and foundation.

Watsons even partnered with The Medical City for the Watsons Clinic inside the flagship store where its users can seek virtual consultations and even remote physical exams.

This is also the first Watsons store with a Self Checkout solution.

The company also highlighted that it has an Online Express delivery service which can deliver products in 3 hours and the Click & Collect Express to pick up orders at the store within 30 minutes.
