vivo V27 Series launched with 120Hz AMOLED, Dimensity 7200, 8200, and 50MP Sony sensor!

vivo's latest mid-range offering called the V27 series is now officially unveiled featuring interesting hardware.

The two colorways

vivo V27 series is now official!

To start, the vivo V27 Pro appeared as a rebranded S16 Pro that was exclusive to the Chinese Market. While the vanilla V27 comes with identical hardware but differs in the chipset department.

The features

Anyway, they highlight a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 60-degree curvature, a centered punch hole, a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colors, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Inside, the Pro variant is equipped with 4nm 3.1GHz MTK Dimensity 8200 with Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. While the standard V27 gets slightly less powered 4nm 2.8GHz MTK Dimensity 7200 with Mali-G610 MC4.

 

Those chips are paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB  storage, a 4,600mAh battery with USB-C 66W fast charger.

On the camera side, they have a 50MP Sony IMX766V with OIS primary sensor + 8MP ultra-wide lens + 2MP macro helper + LED flash. Meanwhile, the front-facing camera uses another 50MP with AF and dual-LED flash.

The rest are 5G SA/NSA, dual-4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and dual-SIM support (nano).

For OS, both phones run Android 13 with Funtouch OS 13 skin out of the box.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

The devices are now up for pre-order in India and the sale begins on March 6, 2023. vivo has to give an official announcement for the PH release.
