Tech giant HUAWEI earlier announced that the nova Y71 and Y91 are now official in the Philippines.

The nova Y71 is a budget smartphone featuring a 6.75-inch TFT LCD (IPS) screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, HD+ resolution, and a notch for the 8MP selfie camera in front.

Inside, it is powered by the aging 2.0GHz 14nm Kirin 710A octa-core processor with Mali-G51 MP4 GPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage, and a large 6,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 22.5W SuperCharge

HUAWEI claims that with its battery, you will only need to charge twice a week. Then, the company claims that 12 hours of use will only eat 5 percent of the battery.

The device also has a 48MP f/1.8 main shooter, 5MP f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. It has an LED flash as well.

According to HUAWEI, this allows the phone to sustain up to 29 hours of local video playback.

The device also has a 50MP f/1.8 main camera with PDAF and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor with LED flash.
