HUAWEI nova Y91 briefly appears on Shopee, soon in PH?

A new HUAWEI smartphone was spotted on the popular shopping platform Shopee in the Philippines featuring a hearty storage and battery.

First, the HUAWEI nova Y91 sports a premium design similar to the Mate series with its huge circular camera bump in a Gold pattern and Silver or Black rear cover.

At the front, you'll get a bar notch like an iPhone on the 6.95-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.

The display

Inside, it has a 6nm 2.4GHz SD680 4G octa-core chipset with Adreno 610 GPU, 8GB RAM, and a huge 256GB memory.

Another highlight would be the battery with its massive 7,000mAh capacity which then can charge using a USB-C and 22.5W fast charger.

For cameras, the phone is equipped with a 50MP primary sensor along with a 2MP portrait helper. On the selfie side, it has an 8MP camera.

Another feature noted is the side-fingerprint reader for the security of the phone.

Connectivity-wise it has 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and dual SIM support.

For OS, the phone runs EMUI 13 out of the box.

Update: The Shopee listing has been updated. HUAWEI told us that there is no price for the device yet. But one thing is for sure, it will be available in the Philippines very soon.
