Global technology giant LG Electronics yesterday held an event at the Korean Cultural Center to highlight the 10 years of its OLED innovations.

The world's number 1 OLED brand shared that from 2013 up to 2014, they released the world's first 55-inch OLED TV. In 2015, the company introduced an OLED TV with Paper Slim Design. In 2016, the tech giant unleashed an OLED HDR TV for a better overall viewing experience.

In 2017, the company introduced the Wallpaper Design OLED TV. In 2018, the brand released the First Processor Designed for OLED. In 2019, they introduced the world's first 8K OLED TV. In 2019-2020, they introduced the rollable OLED TV. In 2021, the LG OLED Evo was announced as the evolution of OLED TVs. In 2022, they released the lifestyle Objet Collection Posé OLED TV.

To those who missed it, OLED TVs have improved image quality with better contrasts, brightness, and more versus LCD screens. They also have lower consumption and a simpler design with ultra-thin, flexible, and even transparent display options.

LG also paraded its newest line of OLED TVs in the country.

2023 LG OLED TVs in PH

First is the LG A3 with 55-inch or 65-inch Self-Lit OLED options, α7 AI Processor Gen6 4K, and ALLM/HGiG.

Next is the LG C3 in 42 to 83-inch Self-LIt OLED options. This one features a stronger α9 AI Processor Gen 6 4K, Nvidia G-Sync, AMD Freesync Premium, VRR, and a Pole Stand for the 42-inch edition.

Meanwhile, the LG G3 is a 65-inch premium OLED evo 4K TV with Brightness Booster Max Light Control Architecture, α9 AI Processor Gen 6 4K processor, Dolby Vision IQ Precision Detail, Dolby Atmos, Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro, 4.2ch/60W Speakers, ALLM/eARC, WiFi 6, HDMI 2.1, Bluetooth, and more.

They also showcased the LG Posé that looks like artwork at home. It boasts a 55-inch Self-Lit OLED evo display with 8.3 million colors, α9  Gen5 AI Processor 4K, HDR AI Tone Mapping, Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro, and Brightness Booster.
