Ookla: Globe delivers "most consistent" fixed broadband in 31 areas

Globe Telecom was the "most consistent" fixed broadband provider in 31 locations across the Philippines in the second quarter of 2023, according to Ookla.

Consistent fixed broadband?

Consistency reflects "a percentage of a provider's data samples that meet minimum thresholds for download and upload speeds." The higher the consistency, the better the internet performance and quality that consumers will enjoy.

Globe said the following areas recorded high consistency scores during the period:
