Xiaomi Pad 6 Max 14 launched: SD8+G1, 120Hz display, and 8 speakers!

As teased by the brand, Xiaomi officially introduces the third tablet in its Pad 6 Series.

A big-screen PC-level tablet!

This is the biggest tablet and will be called the Pad 6 Max 14. Xiaomi introduces this as a direct competitor to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.

As its main highlight, it is almost as big as a work laptop. The device features a wide 14-inch LCD (IPS) screen with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, 2.8K 2880 x 1800 resolution, 240Hz touch sampling rate, up to 600 nits max brightness, HDR 10, Dolby Vision, TUV Rheinland low blue light certification, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Inside, it is powered by 3.2GHz 4nm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with Adreno next-gen GPU, 8/12/16GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 3.1storage, 10,000mAh battery with 67W wired charging.

For cameras, it has a 50MP f/1.8 1/2.76-inch sensor, PDAF + depth sensor. For selfies, it has a 20MP front-facing camera with smart focus.

Other features noted are the 8-speaker system with Dolby Atmos support, 4 microphones, and a large dissipation area of 15839mm², and should bring PC-level experience from apps such as WPS Office PC for Pad and a native 4-window split screen feature.

For connectivity, it has WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C 3.2 Gen and GPS.

For OS, the tablet runs Android 13 with MIUI Pad 14 skin on top.
