Motorola announced the G54 smartphone however it has two versions for China and India.

Moto G54 launched!

The Chinese variant gets Pantone Color of the Year Viva Magenta and then followed by Green and Vegan Leather Black. While the Indian version gets a glass-like plastic finish on the rear with colors of Mint Green, Midnight Blue, and Pearl Blue.

At the front, it boasts a 6.5-inch LCD (IPS) FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution screen, 120Hz refresh rate, and 240Hz touch sampling rate.

Inside, it is powered by a 2.2GHz 6nm Dimensity 7020 octa-core processor with IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB expandable storage.

The Indian variant also gets a higher 12GB/256GB memory configuration.

When it comes to battery, the China variant has a lower 5,000mAh capacity with 15W charging brick. The Indian version will have 6,000mAh and more than twice the charging speeds at 33W.
The cameras
The cameras

For cameras, the G54 has a 50MP f/1.8 primary shooter with OIS. The secondary camera differs again with the China version getting a 2MP depth helper while the Indian variant gets a more useful 8MP ultrawide shooter.

For selfies, it gets a 16MP front-facing camera.

Other features are a 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, 2x microphones, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.

For connectivity, it has 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and NFC.

On the software side, it runs Android 13 with My UX skin on top.

International price with direct-to-PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

Moto G54 (China)  - CNY 1099 (around PHP 8.5K)
Moto G54 (Indian) - TBC

The device is now available for order in China. However, for other variants, it will start selling tomorrow in India which should also reveal the price. No word yet for a PH release or other markets.
