vivo continues its school tour at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde where its students get to experience the Y36 smartphone.

The visit focuses on vivo's fifth leg of the School Tour last October 25 where the phone brand showcased its vivo Y36 smartphone.

Many student students were able to get their hands on it and experience the stylish mid-range design available in Glitter Aqua and Meteor Black colorways.

The phone also boasts a 6.64-inch LCD (IPS) screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.

Inside, is a 2.4GHz 6nm Snapdragon 680 octa-core chip, 8GB RAM + 8GB virtual RAM and 256GB internal storage, and is expandable up to 1TB via memory card.

There's also a 5G variant with MediaTek Dimensity 6020 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

The phone is also equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and 44W flash charger.

Meanwhile, it also has a 50MP f/1.8 primary shooter + 2MP depth sensor + 2MP f/2.4 macro + LED flash. For shooting selfies, it has a 16MP f/2.5 sensor.

According to vivo, the Y36 could be a companion that may empower Filipino college students and aid them in their school activities without breaking the bank.
